We will provide all specialist equipment relevant for your chosen activities. Every piece of equipment we operate is maintained to the highest standards and checked prior to use.
How to book
Please call us on 0118 9712 769 or email info@outdooracademy.co.uk for prices and availability. We will then send you a confirmation form which must be signed and returned along with your deposit payment to secure your booking.
Prices
The majority of our programmes are bespoke and therefore tailored to the requirements of your group. There are no prices included on our website as we believe that the price should reflect your requirements fairly.
We are more than happy to provide a quotation for any of the services we offer so please contact us with the event or programme details.
What to wear
We strongly suggest that you dress appropriately for the weather conditions and ensure you have your own sun protection. We would always recommend wearing suitable outdoor shoes i.e. sturdy trainers for any activity.

Medical & Activity Consent
Prior to taking part in any of our activities, we will require a signed medical declaration or consent form. A parent or guardian must provide signed consent for any person under the age of 18.
The relevant form will be sent to your teacher or group leader to arrange the consent.
Insurances
We are certified by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service (AALS – R1593) who enable us to offer a wide range of both land and water based activities with a high level of delivery and customer service.
We are also protected for £10 million by a specialist insurance provider.
Every activity instructor is qualified to National Governing Body Award Standards, holds a current First Aid Certificate and an Enhanced DBS Check.
